How do your Partnership Services work?
Claims are created within your software system, and depending on the method of connectivity used, they are transmitted to Tesia-PCI Clearinghouse for processing. Easy-to-read reports are returned to submitters, providing immediate information about their transactions, and remittance / EOB responses are returned within seconds*, including patient responsibilities.
What communication methods do you support?
Bulletin-board systems (BBS), direct modem-to-modem (toll-free), FTP (batch or fast-batch), real-time (XML, WebServices, HTTPS), and more. Our goal is to provide your customers and systems the easiest, most effective and productive way to connect with the dental industry. For systems that are not designed to transmit, Tesia-PCI can offer our own “object” for seamless integration and use by your customers, or provide our industry leading “interface” software used by thousands of doctors nationwide.
What transactions do you support
Tesia-PCI has developed and implemented all dental and medical X12 HIPAA-compliant transactions utilizing real-time and batch technology. Claims, eligibility, claim status, remittance/EOB responses are available in ANSI, NSF, Tesia-PCI suggested proprietary or even your own custom formats for access by your existing systems.

By isolating issues that arise with submitter’s transactions pro-actively, often Tesia-PCI staff correct problems before an office even suspects there is an issue, and applies the appropriate measures to address transactions affected during the issue.
How do you handle registration?
Tesia-PCI continues to find ways to resolve resource-draining measures with robust, technological solutions. Offering a web-based “registration portal”, Tesia-PCI delivers a simplified way for an office to complete one (1) form, and automatically receive all registration paperwork immediately — on the screen — for printing and submission (along with specific instructions (by Payor)), reducing the effort to a single event.
Additionally, Tesia-PCI works directly with insurance companies who require registration to isolate those instances where auto-registration can occur, behind-the-scenes, without submitters even realizing the process is underway.
