NetStation™ / WorkStation™

The NetStation™ & WorkStation™ software products are two of many free tools Tesia-PCI offers submitters to perform the following functions, in real time, through an existing Internet connection (broad-band) or direct modem-to-modem connection:

o        Verify member eligibility and benefit information (absolute patient identification)

o        Ensure absolute provider identification in context using provider registration

o        Perform pre-estimates (when information available from client)

o        Receive patient co-payment information

o        Submit electronic claims, prior authorizations and utilization

o        Receive actual EOB/Remittance reports

o        Perform real-time edits (client-specific) to reduce errors in claims before they leave the office

o        Create customized claims “bundle” macros for simplified claims processing

NetStation™ & WorkStation™ are intuitive, simple to use and focus on offering access to administrative and claims processing transactions.  Design concentration has been on performance, not fancy graphics.  As a multi-Payor solution, providers are able to perform the above functions for multiple Payors through a single software tool, reducing staff time required to learn the system or to visit multiple Payor web sites.   This feature  diminishes both training time and costs that will lead to staff using NetStation™ & WorkStation™ quickly and easily.
